Final Duty
This will be our last day of duty. I'm gonna miss the moments or days of always finding mistakes and listening to different opinions of crews. My experiences here were so great I'm having more yearnings and knowledge at the same time I enjoyed what I'm doing. I can apply the tips on how to maintain a good working relationship with my co-workers, by listening to them, by having initiative on the tasks that needs to be filled in and being considerate in every situation that he/she might have been experiencing. Thank God I passed!

Evaluation
The evaluation papers were ready to be filled in. We collate our opinions and the reactions of the crews based on our observations. We rated them as to what corresponding scales. We give comments suggestions and areas needs to be improved.
Its not easy to condition my mind to become objective and subjective when determining the performance of the staffs and crews.

Have a break
Marky , Sheena and I we're all assigned in Roxas branch. We discussed things about our experienced on supervising the outlets of Chicco di Caffe. In the afternoon our friends came in and ordered cappuccino and cake , that was again my chance to observe on how the crews of Roxas entertain and assist their menu and served it. The serving of coffee was good but they forgot to serve the ordered cake (chocolate moist cake). That must be addressed to the management . I am about to report it again . Focus , always pay attention.

Cakes
In the morning I was so amazed when the two customers (Japanese) bought us cakes, for Ma'am July and Sir Jhomes were two slices of Belgian Cakes and one Cookies and Cream cake for me. How generous they were .
The taste were so good and delicious . We asked permission to the customers if it's okay to take pictures with them and they allowed us. I enjoyed the stance.
In the afternoon , observing the crews of Roxas again and again i haven't heard them saying the lines of "have a great coffee experience".
Suggestions: The communication skills must be developed because that line might be short but it could be a way to have an interaction with customers and win their loyalty . It's a part of customer service.

Adjustment , Observation
Adjustment was my mode when I was assigned to South Mall. I have known the crews by their names, they were so welcoming not just to me but also to the customers .They have their different ways of serving customers and the team were so alert whenever there are tasks to be done. They were so focused on their particular assigned area.

Maximum Tolerance
I was about to check their endorsement book, Log Books, and Observe.
The female crews wasn't wearing the hairnet . I already reminding them to wear. At first excuses were accepted. But this time i don't need to tolerate them . I kept on writing their names and sad to say that they have to pay their penalty. There is no excuse for negligence. One must stick to rules and policies.

Suggestions
Few customers have came in and out and yet the crews were productively working . They cleaned the area , checked the stocks and at the same time anticipating for the customers to be served.
I used to read magazines and newspapers without letting them now that I am observing their actions. Some have their initiatives while others were so lax. In the afternoon together with my co- intern Sheena we took a break at GMall and visited Marky. We have experienced on how the team of GMall served customers and that was excellent.
Suggestions: T.V must be off if there's no customers watching . One should have initiative to do that , regardless of what position he/she may have.

Expect the unexpected
- Preliminary interview
- Interpretation
- Assist the Human Resource Officer
My morning was quite hectic, there's a lot of applicant have responded . I assisted the H.R Officer to let the applicants do their hand written application and projective test to draw anything they want to draw that represents their personality .
In the afternoon after we interviewed the applicants we interpreted their drawings base on the lines and strokes . So nice feeling to have an experience like this , our exposure was very surprising. This what we called expect the unexpected.

Take Charge
In my third day of duty. I got this awkward feeling . the feeling of finding mistakes and some rules that have neglected by the team. I found out that the two heads of the team wasn't wearing their I.D's I'm a little bit disappointed that they do not took it seriously , the policy of wearing I.d it is required by the city health office. I have to jot it down and their penalty will be their prize However, I found some positive regard in terms of their job performances in each of the crews.

Bubbled Milk
- Supervise
-Monitor
-Evaluate
In my second day of duty in GMALL. I met this staff named Arnel. I observed his designs were cool. he has the expertise on how to pour the bubbled milk in the coffee. This group catches the customers satisfaction as a result they got the loyalty of their regular customers. In the afternoon I was assigned in Roxas outlet My first enter wasn't so good. The Office in Charge notion of Monitoring and Evaluation might be negative, but that was explained to them clearly . I suggest if its okay that our aim is not to ruin them but to appraise them.

Occular Mode
In the last setting the Industrial Psychology..... My first day is this,
Occular
Scanning of Resumes
Signing of Memorandum of Agreement
I was so overwhelmed when we went to the outlets of Kreios Corporation.First GMALL next to NCCC Mall proceed to Sm branch and went back to the office. I admire the designs and murals of the outlets.
In the afternoon we scanned the applicants resumes. I am disappointed if the application letters were neglected to be signed by the applicants. So excited for the preliminary interview that we were assigned of.
